Does anyone know of any good resources where we could investigate which residency programs fall into which tiers of competitiveness? I can't seem to find info. on this anywhere. Thanks.
This information isn't really out there in written form. You will have to do your own research. Generally programs at big name academic institutions (Harvard, JHU, Cornell, etc.) are difficult to match to. State schools and community programs are generally easier. When you ask around you might be surprised to find that some 'big name' schools aren't the most competitive for urology due to lack of urology faculty, facilities, and/or patients.
